In April 2019, the Government of Japan amended Immigration Control Act and expanded the acceptance of foreign human resources. In the five years, the Japanese government expects to accept up to 350,000 foreign human resources with specific expertise and skills. Asakusa Legal Support helps our clients acquire visas to stay and work in Japan in accordance with procedure of the Government of Japan.

Services for Employers

Asakusa Legal Support provides the services for  our clients to apply for visas needed to hire foreigners. We will help you proceed with the procedures efficiently to reside and work in accordance with Japanese law. We also support changes of the status of residence, extension of period of stay, and acquisiton of Re-entry Permission etc.

We also support acquisition of visas to reside with the spouse and the children of our clients. In addition, we can help foreign nationals to acquire Special Permission to stay in Japan for those who are staying illegally due to excess of the period of stay, as well as procedures for provisional release.

Fee and Costs

The standard amounts of fee for requesting work from Asakusa Legal Support are shown below. The first meeting by phone, interview, web meeting, or visiting to your office is completely free of charge. The fees shown are for reference only. We always send quotation to our clients before we will provide our service. And, we will start our service after reaching an agreement.

In addition to the fee amount, costs such as transportation expenses, stamp fee, registration license tax etc. will be incurred.

Depending on the content of the service, we may ask for the start fee before we start the service.
We may ask our clients for additional fee when we try to provide particularly difficult, long and challenging service.
If fee will be paid for by hourly basis, the minimum hourly fee will be started from 5,000 yen (tax excluded) per hour.

The specific amount of fee will be decided in consultation with our clients in consideration of contents of work.

Consumption tax and local consumption tax will be added to the amount of fee charged to the services provided by the Certified Administrative Procedures Legal Specialist of Asakusa Legal Support according to the provisions of the Consumption Tax Law and the Local Tax Law.
