Fee and Costs

The standard amounts of fee for requesting work from Asakusa Legal Support are shown below. The first meeting by phone, interview, web meeting, or visiting to your office is completely free of charge. The fees shown are for reference only. We always send quotation to our clients before we will provide our service. And, we will start our service after reaching an agreement.

In addition to the fee amount, costs such as transportation expenses, stamp fee, registration license tax etc. will be incurred.

Depending on the content of the service, we may ask for the start fee before we start the service.
We may ask our clients for additional fee when we try to provide particularly difficult, long and challenging service.
If fee will be paid for by hourly basis, the minimum hourly fee will be started from 5,000 yen (tax excluded) per hour.

The specific amount of fee will be decided in consultation with our clients in consideration of contents of work.

Consumption tax and local consumption tax will be added to the amount of fee charged to the services provided by the Certified Administrative Procedures Legal Specialist of Asakusa Legal Support according to the provisions of the Consumption Tax Law and the Local Tax Law.
